Yesterday, June 24, 2023, the Mall of Asia Arena transformed into a haven of scent, sound, and sentiment as NCT DOJAEJUNG—the powerhouse vocal trio of Doyoung, Jaehyun, and Jungwoo—brought their fan concert “Scented Symphony: Perfume” to Manila. And let’s just say it: the boys did not come to play—they came to slay, serenade, and swoon an entire arena of Filipino NCTzens.
Starting strong with a kiss 💋
Opening the night with “Kiss”, the trio set the tone with sultry harmonies and smooth R&B moves that had the crowd already melting. The setlist was a dream for fans of their debut mini-album Perfume, as they took us on an emotional journey through hits like:
Dive
Can We Go Back
Perfume
Ordinary
and the sugar-sweet Strawberry Sunday
It was like being gifted a live mixtape—equal parts sexy, soulful, and sentimental.
Heartfelt, hilarious, and 100% Filipino-coded

But what really made the night unforgettable? The moments in between.
From Doyoung’s confident “Mabuhay!” to Jaehyun’s smooth “Mahal kita,” and Jungwoo’s adorably earnest “Kamusta,” the boys made every effort to connect with their Filipino fans—and the crowd ate it up. No crumbs left.
The fan interaction games were pure joy. Whether it was reacting to fan-made content or sharing behind-the-scenes tidbits, DOJAEJUNG felt less like idols and more like your three besties from a K-Drama who just happened to be insanely talented.
When music becomes memory 💫

As confetti fell and the final harmonies of “Perfume” lingered in the air, it became clear: this wasn’t just a concert—it was a core memory. One scented with gratitude, love, and the unmistakable energy only Filipino fans can give.
Whether you were there waving your lightstick or watching the fancams from home (we see you 👀), one thing’s for sure: NCT DOJAEJUNG’s fragrance lingers long after the lights go out.
And of course, all this magic was made possible thanks to Ovation Productions, who brought the trio’s first Manila fan concert to life.
